We turn long-term philanthropic commitment into measurable improvements in human life — beginning with healthcare and growing wherever families and communities need lasting support.
Care is a commitment.✳Dignity in every life.✳Impact that carries forward.
From helping today to building what helps tomorrow.
Our philanthropic journey began in 2019 through direct support to people and families facing difficult circumstances. Muratov Foundation gives that commitment a lasting platform: one able to support people today, work alongside institutions, and help develop initiatives with value across generations.
We believe philanthropy should be measured not only by what is given, but by the care, opportunity and capacity that continue afterwards.
2019A philanthropic journey begins
Private philanthropic activity began with direct support for individuals and families.
2019–2025Direct support continues
Direct support for individuals and families continued, while a long-term approach to philanthropy took shape.
2026Inside the Family Office collaboration
The year marks collaboration with the Inside the Family Office book and research project. Author royalties from sales of these books will be donated to Muratov Foundation to help children in Central Asia who need medical care.
Where care can make a difference
Closer to care.Wider possibilities.
Our first priority is to work with partners to bring specialised treatment, diagnostics and medical expertise closer to children and adults living with serious illnesses. Support for families, education and research help create lasting change.
Access to specialist treatment, diagnostics and medical expertise for serious illnesses — closer to home.
What we aim to change
Help bring specialist care and medical expertise closer to the families and communities that need them.
02 / CHILDREN & FAMILIES

03 / EDUCATION
Opportunity to learn
Learning and development opportunities that widen people’s choices for the future.
What we aim to change
More routes to learning, development and meaningful choices for the future.
04 / RESEARCH
Knowledge that moves care forward
Medical and social research that helps identify, test and improve lasting solutions.
What we aim to change
Research that helps specialists test, learn from and improve approaches over time.

How we think about impact
Good intentionsdeserve thoughtfulfollow-through.
The Foundation is designed for continuity: to listen closely, act with care, and learn whether support is making a meaningful difference.
01
Start with people
Understand real needs and protect each person's dignity, privacy and agency.
02
Build alongside trusted partners
Work with people and institutions that bring expertise, local understanding and a shared commitment to lasting care.
03
Be clear about what changes
Share programme updates and impact reporting as initiatives develop, with facts rather than self-congratulation.
Rooted in Central Asia. Open to the world.
Care should travelfurther than borders.
Our regional outlook includes Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and the wider CIS. We are open to thoughtful collaboration with partners around the world.
Over time, we hope to help bring specialised treatment, diagnostics, medical expertise and infrastructure closer to children and adults living with cancer and other serious or complex illnesses.

An exclusive partnership for lasting impact
A book can open a door.Philanthropy can help keep it open.
Inside the Family Office and Muratov Foundation bring knowledge and philanthropy together. All author royalties received from book sales are donated to the Foundation to support children who need medical care. Retailer and distribution deductions are applied before royalties are paid.
We welcome conversations with people and organisations who share our interest in healthcare, children and families, education, research and long-term social impact — wherever they are in the world.
